Reporting directly to the UK and Ireland Medical Director, the Haematology/Oncology Associate Medical Director is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the UK Medical Affairs strategy and programs that support the development, commercialisation and life cycle management of in-market and future products.
Haematology/Oncology is a major strategic driver for the business with significant opportunities in current and future indications, making this role critical to the success of the organisation. As a key member of the UK Medical Affairs team, the role will demand high levels of cross functional collaboration.
The incumbent has responsibility for ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with regulatory and legal frameworks including but not limited to EFPIA, GCP and IFPMA regulations as well as company compliance procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Medical Qualification and full GMC registration or licence to practice in an EU country.
Relevant industry experience in haematology, oncology, orphan diseases or transplantation.
