Managing two or three Clinical Project Managers, and working within a cross functional team, you will lead the medical direction and clinical strategy for the assigned projects.

PRIMARY DUTIES
We are seeking two experienced Clinical Development Physicians -one for late stage programmes an one for early stage programmes. Managing two or three Clinical Project Managers, and working within a cross functional team, you will lead the medical direction and clinical strategy for the assigned projects.
This will include being responsible for the writing and maintaining of Clinical Development Plans, the design and writing of protocols and ensuring that clinical trials are conducted in an appropriate manner with respect to GCP guidelines, quality, timelines and cost. However, one of the real attractions of the role will be the breadth of exposure and the opportunity to help shape the development of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You will be medically qualified, with the right to work in the UK and be able to demonstrate good career progression within Clinical Development. Experience in the Gastroenterology or Hepatology areas a distinct advantage but not a necessity.
