Our Services
We provide Search and Selection, Database Assignments, Interim, and
Long Term Contract Services. We don't believe that "one size fits all". Our aim
is to provide our clients with flexible tailored solutions that meet their needs
on time and on budget. Our processes are designed to ensure a good, long-term
fit, regardless of whether the job is for an interim contract or a senior
permanent placement.
Our Management
Our Directors have all operated at board
level in pharmaceutical, healthcare and CRO businesses. This means that we have
a real understanding of the resourcing and retention challenges facing our
clients - and our candidates’ requirements to manage their careers in a
professional and planned manner.
Our Team
The majority of our team have also
worked within the industry; and those who have not bring significant
professional recruitment and search experience. Our team has a wealth of
experience within the sector and work with state of the art web-based
recruitment tools, as well as a significant relational database. Each functional
area has a dedicated resourcer who is able to give candidates and clients advice
on the latest pharmaceutical career trends and opportunities. We like to meet
candidates on a face to face basis. This ensures that staff requirements can be
met quickly with the right calibre candidates. We are delighted that many
