Supplying Contract Staff
AXESS has had a team of contract clinical development
professionals in place for over 10 years.
- Fixed term assignments with one client,
usually for 6 to 12 months initially
- Staff work on a fixed term employment contract
with AXESS. This ensures suitable notice periods
to maintain continuity of work. It also reduces
your employment liability
- All candidates are supplied at rates that
are fixed at the start of the contract, allowing
you to set and meet your budgets. The rates
can include the provision of car, phone and
office hardware (as required)
- Once an AXESS staff member has started
on your project one of our line managers will
be assigned to look after them. This will
involve regular meetings to assess progress
and to discuss their further development and
training
- Over 95% of our contract staff complete
their initial contracts, and over 85% are
kept on within the client organisation. Over
90% of our clients come back to us to help
meet their next requirements
