Client A ran a clinical operations group for the
UK arm of a major company. Working closely with
the client we have provided staff for nearly 50
contracts over a period of several years. Our
understanding of their needs was such that we
were able to identify potential candidates during
the AXESS interview, ensuring that all candidates
submitted to the client were successful, therefore
saving a large amount of time and money.
Client B had a need for a management level
staff member on contract. We were able to quickly
supply a top quality candidate who was happy
to work on a contract basis. We are now the
supplier of choice for senior level clinical
positions, and regularly both fill permanent
and contract vacancies.
Client C needed data managers to work at a
investigational sites on a new EDC system. We
supplied a team of four who worked at wide range
of centres in the UK and Europe over a two year
period.
Client D, a rapidly growing CRO, was in the
process of building a medical team from scratch.
We took a detailed brief of all the roles, from
top level management to medical adviser, and
supplied appropriate candidates. We were able
to fill permanent roles within 9 weeks of receiving
the original brief.
Client E, a major UK pharmaceutical company,
had a requirement for a highly specialised medic
working on a part-time basis for a period of
two months. We identified and submitted a suitable
candidate, who made such a positive impact on
the team that his contract was extended for
18 months.
Client F had an urgent need for a specialist
Research Nurse on a part-time basis in a particular
area of the country. We were able to identify
a suitable candidate from our database, and
arrange for her to join the clients' team on
a flexible basis to meet the needs of the study.
Client G required a small team of graduate
data entry clerks. We were able to take a full
brief, present a number of candidates from our
database, and advertised for the reminder. Suitable
candidates were submitted for all roles within
2 weeks of taking the original brief and a balanced
team was put in place.
